3. Review Images & Descriptions

Marketplace Fee Refunds – The marketplace fee is refundable only if the seller does not fulfill the auction — for example, if the item is not shipped, lost in transit, or not delivered as described, and the issue cannot be resolved. If an issue comes up, please contact us.

7. Finalizing the Sale

Once the marketplace fee is paid, you’ll be connected directly with the seller. Both winning bidders and sellers receive each other’s contact information to coordinate final payment, shipping, or local pickup.

The full winning bid price is paid directly to the seller using the payment method(s) they have listed. Winning bidders are expected to complete payment within 24 hours of winning the auction.
